Sinch is seeking a talented and experienced Lead System Engineer/Team Lead to join our dynamic organization. As a Team Lead at Sinch, you will be responsible for leading a team of highly skilled professionals and driving their success in achieving team goals and targets. Your role will involve managing and developing team members, coordinating team activities, and providing guidance and support to ensure the teams performance and overall success.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve team goals and targets
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance
• Coordinate and monitor team activities to ensure efficient and effective operations
• Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity
• Collaborate with other teams and departments to achieve shared goals and objectives
• Track and analyze team performance metrics and provide reports and recommendations to management
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in team leadership and management

• Prior experience in a leadership position, preferably in a similar industry
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
