Director/Associate Director - Artificial Intelligence & Data Science - Capability Centre (12-22 yrs)

Our Client is the Captive unit / Capability centre of a Global Leader

This is a great opportunity to work , develop teams and grow with a capability centre which is expanding aggressively

Role:

- Anchor a large team which consists of data scientists, data engineers & an operations team which puts the solutions you create into operation

- Work in a matrix organisation- works with leadership teams in Europe and in India

- Anchor innovative projects leveraging AI to improve processes and products by leading and coordinating a working team of data scientists, data analysts and data viz expert

- You will manage projects from the concept to the final PoC and Pilot also governing the transition to the production phase.

- Your activities will be developed in synergy with the Digital team and Innovation Strategy group inside the Innovation Lab.

- Coordination, Program Management and prioritisation of projects and tasks

Who you are:

- You have at least 12+ years of experience - with 5 years in managing teams

- You have a degree in Engineering, computer engineering;

- You have excellent knowledge of Big Data solution, Data Science, Modelling and Machine Learning,

- Good knowledge of Language and Image processing (Python and SQL), Supervised Unsupervised and reinforcement learning, at least one Data Science IDE (Anaconda Suite, Jupiter Notebook, PyCharm, Visual Code Studio), Cloud computing, Cloud Oracle (nice to have);

- You are proficient in English , both spoken and written;

- You are proactive, flexible, with an innovative thinking mindset, and able to set up and keep on a relation network with all the innovation stakeholders inside and outside the company;

- You know how to manage people, taking care of their personal and professional growth; work in a team.

- We need someone assertive, with excellent communication to manage leadership team expectations and develop a fabulous in-house team
