Administration Manager / Liaison Executive / Officer

Role & responsibilities

• To obtaining necessary approvals from concerned Governmental bodies.
• Responsible for obtaining various statutory approvals like Building Proposal, IOD & CC, MoEF clearances, etc.
• Handle submissions and follow-ups for permits, approvals, and NOCs for all statutory approvals from Governmental bodies, Local bodies.
• Present drawings and plans for approval. Liaise with Govt authorities for approvals and permits.
• Prepare feasibility reports in compliance with local rules and regulations.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects. Aid in the creation of a schedule and budget for the project.
• Coordinate with legal teams, architects, and government officials to facilitate smooth documentation processes.
• Coordinate with various departments to understand current & future regulatory issues.
• Follow-up on pending issues and ensure timely resolution.
