We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Accounts Assistant to manage various financial operations.
The candidate will handle purchase and sales bill bookings, cash and bank transactions, reconciliations, salary processing, and journal vouchers. Basic knowledge of GST, online banking, and TDS deductions is essential.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a proactive attitude towards accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities: Record and maintain purchase and sales bills accurately.
Manage cash and bank transactions and ensure timely reconciliations.
Process employee salaries and manage payroll records.
Prepare and post journal vouchers into the accounting system. Ensure compliance with GST and TDS regulations.
Perform online banking transactions and maintain related documentation.
Requirements: Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and online banking.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
