Key Responsibilities:

• SEO Strategy & Implementation:

○ Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search rankings and visibility.

○ Research keywords relevant to 8th-12th grade education and competitive exams (JEE/NEET/KCET).

○ Analyze competitors and recommend actionable insights to outpace them.

• Content Optimization:

○ Collaborate with content teams to create and optimize blog posts, landing pages, and website content tailored to students and parents.

○ Ensure content aligns with targeted keywords and delivers value to the audience.

• Technical SEO:

○ Conduct regular website audits to identify and fix technical issues (e.g., site speed, crawl errors, broken links).

○ Optimize website structure, meta tags, and schema markup for better indexing.

• Link Building & Outreach:

○ Develop and execute link-building strategies through high-quality backlinks, collaborations, and outreach campaigns.

○ Identify partnerships with educational blogs, forums, and websites relevant to the 8th-12th student community.

• Analytics & Reporting:

○ Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console and tools like SEMrush and others.

○ Generate monthly performance reports and suggest data-driven improvements.

• Stay Updated:

○ Keep up with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure a competitive edge.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in SEO (preferably in the EdTech or education sector).
• Proficiency with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
• Strong understanding of keyword research, content optimization, and technical SEO.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website management is a plus.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
