Job Overview

As a Vendor Management Specialist at Accurex, responsible for managing relationships with external vendors and ensuring that services and products meet the organization s quality, cost, and delivery standards. This role involves strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and collaboration with internal teams to optimize vendor resources.

Key Responsibilities

• To facilitate and maintain relationships between Accurex and vendors/partners.
• Negotiating contracts with suppliers for new products and exisiting products
• Ensuring vendors get their payments on time as per their payment terms
• Maintaining sufficient inventory by negociating for on time delivery
• Ensuring vendor compliance with company standards
• Studying import data to get imported products costing to compare
• Using the internet to get prices

Salary
