CMM Application Head

Role & responsibilities

Experience: 2 to 11 Years

Experience on Team Handling.

Execute action plan according to the targets

Effective execution of set plan, optimum resources utilisation and development of competencies for application engineers

Receivable management

Perform promotional activities (Trainings & Demos )

Provide Online support to the customer

Prepare SOP(Standard operation procedure )

Workout Component Inspection cycle time study

Deliver Customer trainings on CMM operations

Customer visits for technical issues and concerns

Demo CMM maintenance, inspection of component & training services

Monthly feedback on application case studies

Attain trainings as per yearly training calendar (Minimum 8 hours )

Review with immediate superior

Maintain data security and business confidentiality

Follow disciplinary measures

Ensure customer data protection

Follow and maintain ISO documentation

Generate Reports (MIS)

Preferred candidate profile : BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engg

CMM/Metrology Domain Candidates preferred.

Comfortable with Traveling.
