Accounts Payable Executive(Off role - Contractual role)

For our Finance Shared Service Center we are looking for an experienced Account Payable Executive for the location in Bhosari, Pune with immediate effect on External (BEX) role.

Key Responsibilities:

Raw Material and Finished Goods (GRN- Vendor Bills):

• Verify and process invoices, LR/Freight invoices, waybills, weighment slips, for raw materials.
• Cross-check invoice prices with purchase orders (PO) and GRN.
• Review PO approvals, conditions for authorized personnel.
• Report discrepancies to the end user to adjust goods receipt accordingly.
• Match invoices, POs (value and taxes), and GRNs; complete MIRO/VIM based on original documents.
• hMatch invoices, POs (value and taxes), and GRNs; complete MIRO based on original documents.
• Monitor and clear GRIR accounts; follow up on pending items.
• Verify and booking of Import invoices, Intercompany Invoices
• Book and process Custom Duty advances and clearing.

Bill Booking (Non-PO Basis):

• Verify transporter bills and LR documents, ensuring customer signatory and stamp on LR. Verify agreement and necessary approvals for booking NPO.
• Address discrepancies in quantities with transporter and logistics manager; process debits as necessary.
• Ensure correct deduction of TDS.

Employee Travel Claims and Reimbursements:

• Verify original claims and supporting bills, ensuring prior approvals.
• Offset advances with expenses.
• Ensure claimed expenses comply with policy limits; seek clarity from HR, and respective approvers.

Statutory Compliances:

• Prepare, Publish GRIR and NRFT on monthly basis.
• Ensure timely submission of data during audit.
• Submit data for statutory and internal audits; ensure completion with no remarks.
• Reconcile vendor ledger and intercompany parties.
• Prepare monthly Import Cost Sheet

Education: MCOM / MBA (Finance)

Experience: 2-4 Years
