Position Overview: The Accounts Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization's financial health by managing accounting staff and processes. This role includes preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts while ensuring compliance with accounting regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate financial information effectively.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Financial Reporting: - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. - Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting policies and regulations. - Analyze financial data to identify trends and make recommendations.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting:- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. - Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis. - Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment with financial goals.

3. Account Management:- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes. - Manage cash flow and ensure timely collection of revenues. - Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.

4. Team Leadership:- Supervise and mentor accounting staff. - Conduct performance evaluations and provide training as needed. - Foster a collaborative and efficient team environment.

5. Compliance and Audit:- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations. - Coordinate external audits and address findings. - Stay updated on accounting best practices and changes in regulations.

6. Process Improvement:- Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient workflows. - Utilize accounting software and technology to streamline processes.

Qualifications:-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; or CA/ CMA inter preferred. - Minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. - Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management. - Proficient in accounting software
