Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and manage financial reporting. The role involves budgeting, taxation, accounts payable/receivable, and process improvements while leading a team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and expense monitoring.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities for compliance.
• Implement process improvements and automation for efficiency.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Requirements:

• Qualification: CA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com or equivalent.
• Experience: 5+ years in accounting & finance (real estate preferred).
• Skills: Tally, SAP, ERP, Advanced Excel, Taxation, Compliance, Leadership
