Role & responsibilities

MIS Reporting functions Prepare MIS Report on a monthly basis Report MIS to Management on monthly basis within stipulated time Coordinate with Subsidiary Companies for MIS Consolidation of Subsidiary MIS Preparation of Monthly Reporting Package and submission to Investors within stipulated time Preparation of Quarterly Reporting Package and submission to Investors within stipulated time Ensure the company is compliant with all internal MIS Reporting requirements. Audit functions Preparation of schedules for Audit Preparation of Standalone and Consolidated financial statements Ensure all transactions are recorded in accordance with accounting standards Ensure all requirement of internal audits are complied with Provide internal auditors and external auditors with all documents and explanations to resolve queries raised by them Ensure timely completion of internal audits and statutory audits in coordination with audit staff Liaison with Internal auditors and external auditors Ensure the company is compliant with all internal control requirements. Budget Functions Responsible for Preparation of Annual Budgets for the Business along with Sensitivity analysis Responsible for Projection of Balance sheet, Profit and Loss and Cash Flows for future period based on historical trends Analysis of Actuals vs Budget on periodical basis Liasoning With Internal Auditors on matters relating to Internal audits and internal controls With External Auditors on matters relating to statutory audit With respective departments on all matters relating to audit With Various departments for preparation of Budget With Subsidiary staff for consolidation of MIS

ACA / CWA with 4-5 years of experience...

M. Com with experience in MIS Reporting
