Roles and Responsibilities

Ratna Sagar Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced candidate to be a part of our Accounts & Finance team.

Job Location -Mukherjee Nagar, Delhi

Job Description:

Accounting and Finance

• Manage the company's accounts receivable (payments from clients, distributors and customers).
  
• Prepare, issue, and track invoices for published works, book sales, and other products/services offered by the company
  
• Assist in the preparation of budgets for publishing projects, tracking expenses, and ensuring adherence to financial forecasts.
  
• Preparation of bank reconciliation statement.
  
• Prepare financial reports for management
  
  

Other Duties

• Assist with audits, both internal and external, by providing necessary documentation and financial data.
• Proficient in Navision
  
• Maintain and update databases related to book stock, orders, and shipments.
  
• Handle customer queries related to payments, book orders, and deliveries.
  

Qualifications

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 5-6 years' experience in accounts
  
• Experience in managing logistics, shipments, and inventory in a publishing or retail context.
  

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) familiarity with MS Navision is a plus.
  
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  
• Familiarity with the publishing supply chain, from print to distribution.
