Job Description
- Day-to-Day Accounting : Handle all routine accounting tasks, including ledger maintenance, data entry, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Accounting Software : Proficient in using Tally for maintaining financial records and processing transactions.
- Tax Compliance : Expertise in calculating and filing GST , TDS , and Professional Tax (PT) , ensuring full compliance with regulations.
- Invoicing & Payments : Manage invoices, accounts receivable/payable, and track payment status from clients and vendors.
- Financial Reports : Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
- Communication : Maintain strong communication with vendors, clients, and team members in both English and Hindi .
Qualifications
- Education : Bachelor s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
- Software Expertise : Strong proficiency in Tally and other accounting tools.
- Tax Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of GST , TDS , and Professional Tax (PT) calculations and filing.
- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi .
- Immediate Availability : Candidate must be ready to join immediately .
- Work Environment : This is a work-from-office position, and the job location is HSR Layout, Bangalore .
