1. Qualification - MBA/CA/CMA/CS qualified or Semi qualified
2. Good in written and verbal communication
3. Good in Accounting and Taxation skills
4. Eager to learn new things and share the knowledge with new staff
5. Inspiring the new staff by way of speaking & sharing the knowledge.
6. Interested in training new staff on Accounting and Taxation skills
7. Confident in public speaking skills
