- Technology Integration Use digital tools, accounting software (such as Tally, Excel), and multimedia presentations to facilitate effective learning.
- Career Guidance & Mentorship Guide students on career opportunities in commerce, finance, and business management fields.
- Collaboration & Departmental Coordination Work with other faculty members to enhance interdisciplinary learning and maintain academic standards.
- Parent-Teacher Interaction Regularly update parents on student progress, participation, and areas of improvement through meetings and reports.
- Continuous Professional Development – Attend workshops, educational conferences, and training sessions to stay updated with the latest trends in business and finance education.
