Job Description
Recording Sales and purchases bills in Tally ERP/Prime
Maintain, manage and record day-to-day transactions of Receivables / payable
Making vendor payment through Cheque / NEFT / RTGS.
Capable of classifying various accounting transaction and recording them correctly in company books of account.
Stock Valuation and Stock checking
Overall knowledge of TDS rates and payment, preparing TDS Statement.
GST
Bank Book / Cash book maintenance
Bank reconciliation
E-commerce Accounting
Follow up receivables of overseas clients by way of sending international payment link through payment gateway.
