Providing a friendly and professional first point of contact.
Telephone Handling: Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and providing information or assistance to callers.
Appointment Scheduling: Managing appointment calendars for meetings, conferences, and appointments. Coordinating schedules and ensuring meeting rooms are reserved as needed.
Mail and Package Handling: Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and packages. Managing courier and mail services.
Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, providing information, and assisting with general requests from visitors and callers.
Office Supplies: Monitoring and managing office supplies, including ordering and restocking as necessary.
Administrative Support: Assisting with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and document preparation.
