Senior Performance Tester - LoadRunner (6-8 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Performance Tester to lead and manage performance testing efforts, ensuring the stability, scalability, and reliability of applications.

This role involves working closely with stakeholders, leading performance testing strategies, and delivering high-quality results in an Agile environment.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead performance testing efforts, including load, stress, breakpoint, and endurance testing, to ensure system reliability under various conditions.

- Develop and execute performance test scripts using tools like LoadRunner, simulating real-world user activity and system load.

- Manage the end-to-end performance testing process, including design, planning, execution, and reporting.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather nonfunctional requirements and provide feedback on test strategies and plans.

- Document and track software defects using tools like JIRA, reporting issues to development teams.

- Ensure adherence to testing standards, methodologies, and frameworks across projects.

- Manage multiple external testing service providers and coordinate with multicultural and virtual teams.

- Promote a culture of high performance, integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Skills and Qualifications Required :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- 6+ years of experience in performance testing, with expertise in LoadRunner.

- Strong knowledge of software quality engineering for web and mobile applications, as well as back-end integrations.

- Hands-on experience in Agile environments, including forecasting, requirement gathering, and delivery execution.

- Proven expertise in testing tools, processes, and methodologies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to manage diverse teams and coordinate effectively with stakeholders
