Key Responsibilities

1. Plan and manage projects using SAFe Agile methodology.
2. Understand and align with product and business goals and objectives.
3. Lead cross-functional teams comprising developers, QA, designers, and business analysts.
4. Ensure clear understanding of roles, responsibilities, and deliverables among team members.
5. Promote collaboration and resolve conflicts to maintain team productivity.
6. Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Uphold Agile principles and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
8. Monitor and evaluate project performance through metrics such as velocity, cycle time, and quality indicators.
9. Ensure optimal resource allocation in line with project priorities.
10. Effectively manage stakeholder expectations and priorities.

Qualifications

• 810 years of experience as a project manager in technology services.
• Demonstrated success in delivering projects using Agile methodologies, including SAFe Agile and Scrum.
• Proficiency in productivity tools such as Jira, Confluence, and office tools.
• In-depth understanding of the SDLC process, including merging, source control, pull requests, QA, automation, CI/CD, etc.
• Strong grasp of Agile model metrics and KPIs, including Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Innovative thinker with a commitment to continuous learning.
