Job Location : Ambattur Estate, Chennai

Shifts : General

Responsibilities:

• Forecasting, planning and strategizing monthly targets and meeting numbers and SLAs
• End-to-End Hiring accountability
• Strategy Hires sourcing, interviews and closures (sans QA) with minimal vendor outsourcing
• Vendor Management/Liaison (Vendor churn should be minimized)
• New JD discussions with Management / JD updates and archiving
• Trends and Analysis from Team MIS
• Company Salary Bands for all levels and adherence to these
• Monthly Competition updates and registration
• Weekly update calls with MD (with MIS and trends on all aspects)
• Ensuring Timely submission of all Documents and incentives/appraisals to
• Portal Account Management
• Stakeholder Management
• Hiring Process Documentation
• Managing the sanity in the team to avoid escalations
• Accountable for recruitment at all levels. i.e leadership as well as mass recruitment actions in terms of efficiency, quality, speed and internal customer satisfaction
• Definition of the recruitment process, KPIs and SLAs, continuous improvement of the recruitment process, consistently delivering major KPIs and SLAs
• Prepare and build reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends
• Interpret and report data to drive strategies and decisions around best practices and standards
• Create, maintain and deliver dashboards/league tables, etc
• Hire, train and develop the team of recruiters
• Deliver budgets at optimum efficiency
