Position: Finance Manager

Brief Job Description

• Manage and handle all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition on day-to-day basis.
• Managing Fund flow and Cash flow on day-to-day basis.
• Support month-end and year-end closing process.
• Working closely with management or executive teams to share reports and analysis findings.
• Preparation and submission of budget, financial forecasts and to report variances on periodical basis.
• Preparation and submission of timely monthly financial statements to the Management.
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
• Manage and comply with local, state, and central government reporting requirements inclusive of tax return filings.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

Education, Experience and Skill:

• B.Com/M.Com graduate having experience of 7-10 years preferably in any Manufacturing Industry.
• Strong Knowledge in Indian GAAP, Ind AS and IFRS.
• Budgeting, Financial Planning, Reporting & Analysis.
• Reconciliation of GL, Assets and liabilities on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis).
• Financial Reporting in HFM.
• Global ERP, Tally
• Direct & Indirect Taxation.
• Ensure compliance with the Companies Act 2013 and secretarial matters. Work with the management to ensure that board meetings, AGM, and annual return filings under the Companies Act.
• Advanced knowledge in using MS Office Tools (Excel, Word and Power point)
• Ability to work under strict deadlines and balancing workload demands.
• Key People Leader to drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment to lead a team.

Handled Big 4 Auditors for Statutory Audit and Tax Audits.
