About the Role:
The Regional Sales Head - MPS is a key leadership position responsible for driving the successful sales and business development of Managed Print Services (MPS) and Document Solutions within a designated region.
This role requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly within the technology sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Regional Sales Leadership:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for MPS and Document Solutions.
- Lead and mentor a team of Sales Executives within the region, providing guidance, coaching, and motivation.
- Foster a high-performance sales culture that emphasizes customer focus, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Business Development:
- Independently identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the target market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new market segments and opportunities.
- Develop and present compelling value propositions to clients, demonstrating the benefits of MPS solutions.
Sales Funnel Management:
- Actively build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent lead generation and opportunity qualification.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales activity, conversion rates, and revenue generation.
- Utilize CRM systems and other sales tools effectively to track progress and manage customer relationships.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Proactively address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e., delivery, service, marketing) to ensure seamless customer experience.
Team Management:
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve their full potential.
Financial Management:
- Monitor sales margins and ensure profitability on all deals.
- Oversee the timely collection of payments from customers.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Stay Updated:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscape.
- Continuously develop and enhance sales and presentation skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's/ master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven success in B2B sales, with a strong focus on technology solutions (preferably MPS).
- 5+ years of experience in managing and leading sales teams.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales targets and achieve revenue goals.
- Strong understanding of the MPS market, including technology, pricing models, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching abilities.
- Proficient in CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
