Job Title: Student Academic Mentor Team lead
Job Overview:

and passionate Team lead for our team of Academic Mentors. In this pivotal role, you
will drive educational excellence by managing and guiding a team dedicated to student
growth. Reporting directly to the Academic Manager, you'll combine educational
expertise with managerial finesse to ensure optimal learning outcomes for our students.
Your proactive approach and coordination skills will be instrumental in fostering a culture
of success within the mentorship team.
Key Responsibilities:
● Team Coordination: Support and coordinate with a team of Academic Mentors,
offering guidance and assistance to ensure they align with Vedantu's educational
objectives.
● Performance Monitoring: Track the performance of Academic Mentors, provide
actionable feedback, and suggest strategies to improve their mentorship
effectiveness.
● Collaborative Implementation: Work with managers to implement strategies that
enhance student engagement, learning outcomes, and overall success.
● Data Tracking and Insights: Assist in collecting and analyzing student
performance data, helping the team identify trends and suggest improvements
for effective interventions.
● Resource Support: Ensure efficient use of available resources, including training
materials and tools, to aid the team in their mentoring responsibilities.
● Process Support: Assist in refining mentorship processes, promoting the
adoption of best practices and innovative techniques to enhance student learning
experiences.
Qualifications:
● Bachelors/Masters degree
● Minimum 1-2 Years of demonstrated experience in educational management or
similar roles
● Familiarity with educational technology tools and platforms.
Skills:
● Team Coordination Skills: Ability to coordinate, guide, and motivate team
members to achieve common goals effectively.
● Data-Driven Approach: Basic proficiency in analyzing data and sharing insights
to support team and student performance improvement.
● Clear Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively interact with
team members, stakeholders, and managers.
● Operational Planning: Capable of planning and implementing tasks that align
with the team's goals and organizational objectives.
● Problem-Solving Mindset: Skilled at addressing challenges and suggesting
practical solutions to support team and student success.
● Adaptability: Open to learning and adjusting to changing priorities and
educational needs.
● Supportive Mentorship: Experience in providing guidance and support to peers or
junior members is an advantage.
