Academic Coordinator

Position Overview:

The Academic Coordinator will play a key role in managing and enhancing the online

tutoring programs. This position involves coordinating tutoring sessions, overseeing program

activities, and ensuring alignment with educational goals. The successful candidate will be

responsible for effective communication with tutors, students, and parents while achieving

sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Session Coordination: Oversee the scheduling and execution of online tutoring

sessions.

• Program Monitoring: Ensure program activities align with educational goals and

standards.

• Program Development: Assist in creating and implementing new tutoring programs

and initiatives.

• Primary Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for tutors, students, and parents,

addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

• Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication among all

stakeholders to enhance the tutoring experience.

• Resource Identification: Research and identify educational materials, resources, and

external partners to improve program offerings.

• Parent Engagement: Maintain positive relationships with parents through proactive

communication, follow-up, and personalized support.

• Standards Alignment: Ensure courses and programs meet established educational

standards and guidelines.

• Sales Achievement: Meet sales targets set by the organization.
• Outreach: Contact potential parents to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

Qualifications:

• Age criteria: Below 30 years.
• Bachelors degree in a science field (preferred).
• Strong academic background.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in academic coordination.
• Experience in academic program planning.
• Prior involvement in student mentorship.
• Familiarity with the latest educational technologies.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Career gaps should not exceed 9 months.
• Job changes should not be less than 1 year or more than 4 years.
