Job Description
Job Location: Kochi, India
Responsibilities and Duties
- Automation feasibility analysis.
- Create test automation plans and scripts integrated to the development pipeline.
- Providing testing solutions to business problems.
- Collaborate with the other QA Engineers to develop effective test strategies.
- Evaluate testing process, make recommendations as necessary.
- Offer hands on test support to verify front-end and back-end changes including database, API, security, and performance aspects. Test across various mobile devices & browsers.
Required Qualifications
- Hands on expertise in Selenium.
- Experience in developing Selenium automation framework from scratch.
- Experience in test automation for Agile Continuous Integration/Development.
- Having a strong understanding of performance and load testing is essential for ensuring the reliability and scalability of software systems.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Provide guidance and rules to determine which test cases can and should be automated.
- Preparing strategy including prioritization to automate existing test cases with Selenium
- Deep understanding of software testing, its main concepts, and processes, the whole bug life cycle; different testing levels, methods, and types.

- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
- Good communication and teamwork skills to interact with project team members, clients, and stakeholders as well as work closely with the development team.
- Experience working with project planning and tracking tools such as JIRA / Redmine.
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
- Exposure to various types of testing including functional, regression, performance, security etc.
- Knowledge of Healthcare or Digital Payment domain (desirable).
- Certified Software Tester (CSTE) and ISTQB Advanced Level Certified is good to have.
- Knowledge on Test Automation Tools
Education Qualifications:
- Engineering or Technical Degree (BE/ B.Tech/ ME/ M.Tech/ MCA).
