- Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility and drive traffic to the company s website.
- Manage SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and online advertising campaigns.
- Create and manage content for the website, social media, and email marketing.
- Analyze performance metrics (Google Analytics, SEO rankings, etc.) and generate regular reports on the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and incorporate them into campaigns to maintain a competitive edge.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or the TICIT Compliance industry.
- Proven experience with digital marketing tools (Linkedin Sales Navigator, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Email Marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (Google Analytics, SEMRush, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Ability to create engaging content across different platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance.
- Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
