Job Description
- 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis / data analysis / management reporting / risk management preferably in a banking / financial company.
- Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP A) / Management reporting

- Preferred experience in a Banking / Financial Company.
- Strong data analysis and data visualization skills.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel MS Power Point is a must.
- Ability to build and use databases to analyse data from different sources.
- Ability to analyse, understand and interpret data and coherently communicate the inference.
- Accounting knowledge is preferred.

- Month end reporting: Support month end reporting including but not limited to:
- Preparation of portfolio files.
- Preparation and reporting of month end delinquency.
- Performing monthly provisioning calculations using global tools.
- Support controlling with risk related data for month end reporting like delinquencies, NPL, provisions, risk cost, restructure data etc.
- Analyse and communicate of various month end numbers to various stakeholders.
- Tracking reporting of actual performance on various risk parameters with respect to the budgeted risk parameters and highlighting any deviations to CFO, Head of Controlling, CRO and CRM on a regular basis.
- Review of month end risk related accounting entries / provisions / write-offs to report correct numbers in MIF and controlling reports. Also, working closely with accounting team to streamline month end process. Business planning Forecasting:
- Support preparation of annual business plan from risk perspective (Operative Planning and Expected Actuals process), finalization and rolling out the same to stakeholders for implementation.
- Provide risk data basis and assumptions for planning, budgeting and forecasting discussions.
- Responsible for planning, tracking and reporting of all risk parameters of the company. Should be able to understand the Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework, Risk Quantification concepts, Risk Cost approach, Measurement and Reporting of NPL, PD, LGD, EAD, Severity.
- Preparation of forecasting models for portfolio risk profile and performance of all risk related parameters Portfolio Risk Analysis:
- Support Monthly Portfolio Management Reporting for Company and provide visibility on the drivers of risk, evaluating proposed commercial initiatives from risk perspective and regularly analysing existing initiatives. Analyse the Risk trends and identify areas that require action.
- Perform ad hoc analysis (both on request and independent) to identify Risk drivers behind the relevant portfolio and communicate it to all stakeholders.
- Work closely with CRO, Head of Controlling to streamline monthly data requirements. Provide them regular update and risk analysis to help them understand the business risk and opportunities of the company.
- Support Regional / HQ risk management teams for all risk related data requirements and any other requirements on risk topics.
- Perform regular analysis on Dealer wholesale business and support business heads to improve the profitability with minimum dealer delinquency. Business Intelligence and MIS Management:
- Maintain understanding of key market risk drivers, issues and players. Provide regular and detailed communications of risk status and changes.
- Preparation of commercial packs for each business area, responsible for identifying trends, understanding the story behind the figures. Propose recommendations; identify areas of risk, action and achievements. Development of an Executive Management Information System (MIS) to provide executive summary to senior management. Others:
- Work with local IT team to improve risk reporting structure to make it efficient and eliminate manual data collection processes.
- Digitization, consolidation of existing manual reports. Bringing automation into management reporting with dashboards, daily reports etc.
- Identifying business needs and determining solutions to business problems. These solutions may include improvement of business processes, accommodating/incorporating new processes or strategic planning and policy development.
- Supporting Head-Controlling and CRO and the entire management of Company for any other tasks as and when needed.
