Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

1. Calendar and Schedule Management.

2. Travel Coordination.

3. Communication Management.

4. Meeting Preparation and Support.

5. Confidential and Sensitive Matters.

6. Liaison with Internal and External members for documentation.

7. Administrative Tasks.

8. ​should be ready to travel in Delhi NCR and outstation also as and when required.

9. Organize real-estate tasks.


Preferred candidate profile:

Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.

Skills:

- Organizational and time management skills.

- Communication skills (verbal and written).

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Ability to work independently and proactively anticipate needs.

- Email writing and letter writing.

- Should have two wheeler and valid Driving license.

- Have to travel for Liaison and documentation work as and when required.

- The PA must comply with all applicable laws, company policies, and confidentiality agreements.

- Attend legal matters in courts and liaison with Govt. departments.
