1. Compliance of current Good Manufacturing Practices in the Hormone Facility to follow GDP with data-integrity compliance.
2. Responsible for achieving monthly and yearly target of production department.
3. Alarm Identification and management as per SOP.
4. To ensure all in-process checks and monitoring of all intermediate processes, to check set process parameters in PLC/SCADA as per BPR.
5. Responsible to operate the Packaging machine as per respective equipment operation SOP.
6. To identify the problems with the machine and undertake trouble shooting activity where required, to ensure work is carried on in the Packing section according to the SOPs, to coordinate with departmental colleagues HOD QA in cases of discrepancies in Packing Section.
7. Responsible to minimize breakdown and support engg. Department.
8. Responsible to maintain primary and secondary machine (Unscrambler machine, Bulk packing machine, induction sealing, sticker labelling) spare parts.
9. Packing process compliance in accordance with approved BPR and SOP.
10. Follow the safety compliance as per Abbott policy.
11. No major observation in internal/external audit.
12. Responsible to fill and maintain OEE packing.
13. Responsible to handle rejection at packing stage and minimize the rejection.
14. Responsible to inform Safety incident, accident, near miss and BBS.
15. Complete the training and training record as per stipulated time.
16. To carry out In-process checks at the different stages as per batch packing record.
17. Responsible to update all logbooks of packing area.
18. To follow the safety compliance and SOP.
19. To support the team on additional responsibilities assigned time to time.
