Job Overview:

We are looking for a Service Engineer with 5-6 years of experience in automation, specializing in PLC programming, SCADA, and environmental monitoring systems.

The role involves on-site support, system testing, and troubleshooting to ensure high-performance operations for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, test, and implement PLC and SCADA programs for various automation systems.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PLC and SCADA systems.

- Configure and optimize system parameters for optimal performance.

- Install, calibrate, and maintain S::Can and similar sensors for environmental monitoring.

- Configure and troubleshoot environmental monitoring systems.

- Analyze sensor data and generate reports.

- Work with radar software (IRIS, Edge) for radar system configuration and analysis.

- Conduct on-site installations, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

- Provide technical support and training to clients.

- Perform routine maintenance and system upgrades.

- Maintain detailed records of all service activities, including troubleshooting logs, maintenance reports, and installation documentation.

Qualifications :

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in PLC programming, SCADA systems, and automation.

- Proficiency in PLC programming languages (Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Automation) and SCADA software.

- Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).

- Experience with environmental monitoring systems and sensors.

- Proficiency in 3D design software (Blender, SolidWorks) and radar software (IRIS, Edge).

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with cybersecurity best practices for industrial automation systems.

- Knowledge of industrial networking and cybersecurity standards.

- Experience with cloud-based solutions for remote monitoring and control
