Role & responsibilities

> Organise work schedule of Hand Embroiderers according to their skills.

> Plan production of styles according to their date of delivery.

> Make costing sheets of each new style

> Make purchase order of materials that is require for production.

> Coordinate with different vendors regarding deliveries of given work.

> Make sure that each finish embroidered piece is off highest quality standard.

> Take interviews of new embroidery artisans according to the requirement.

Preferred candidate profile

> Someone who has an understanding of hand embroidery work.

> Someone who can handle a team of 50 hand embroiderers.

> Someone who has an eye for details & is passionate about perfection in every piece.
