Manager

We are looking for a Manager with 3-5 years of experience to lead operations at Aakash Universal Ltd. The candidate must have expertise in MS Excel, Workbooks, and PowerPoint and fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Preference will be given to South Indian candidates who are hardworking, adaptable, and willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth production processes.
• Analyze data, prepare reports, and create presentations using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and quality.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or operations management role.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced functions, and familiarity with PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Hardworking, committed, and detail-oriented.

Preferred Candidate:

South Indian origin is preferred.
