AESL is hiring for Center Manager
Purpose of the Centre Manager role:
As face of a branch, Centre Manager leads a team to achieve budgeted targets such as revenue, admission, collections and operational efficiency resulting in excellent customer satisfaction, business growth and booking value.
Centre Manager will lead branches with annual revenue of 8 Cr & above.
As a Centre Manager, you are expected to:
1. Generating leads by deploying and guiding the sales team on various marketing campaigns such as school seminars, roadshows and other above the line (ATL) and below the line (BTL) activities etc.
2. Monitor and guide the sales team to offer best in class counselling, enrolling, onboarding and offering overall delightful journey to the students.
3. Ensure speedy resolution of queries & grievances to maximize customer satisfaction levels and thereby improving retention of students and controlling Left-outs.
4. Ensure adherence to all legal and operational compliances, oversee the safety of facilities and security of students
5. Training the team on product portfolio, sales & service excellence and adherence to process compliance.
6. Close coordination with academic team.
7. Responsible for hiring, rostering, motivating and retaining the team.
To be successful in the Centre Manager role you are required to have:
1. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask with strong business acumen.
2. Excellent time and work management skills, ability to prioritize, ability to handle team, attention to detail and ability to meet established deadlines.
3. Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to handle customers in a calm, empathic & patient manner, along with strong persuasion skills.
5. Excellent networking and presentation skills to conduct seminars.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and writing emails, & comfortable while working on software related to business & operations.

Qualification:
1. Must have bachelors degree.
Experience:
1. Consultative sales profile with exposure to team management.
2. Previous experience of Business to Customer (B2C) sales across industries.
3. Experience of leading branch.
