Role & responsibilities :

• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls.
• Engaging with customers in a professional manner to address their needs and concerns.
• Ability to effectively solve queries and provide accurate information to customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Good verbal and written communication skills. (Fluency in English, Hindi is required)
• Highly organized and ability to manage tasks effectively and professionally.
• Capable of handling challenging situations, including interactions with irate customers, with patience and professionalism.
• Should be able to understand and empathize with customer complaints and queries, working towards swift and satisfactory resolutions.
• Ed-Tech experience is preferred.
