Skills Required: 

1. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro (FCP) 
2. Ability to create engaging and creative shorts, reels, and videos 
3. Good understanding of political content and current affairs Fluency in Hindi (reading, writing, and speaking). 

Responsibilities: 

1. Edit and assemble recorded raw material into a suitable, finished product ready for broadcasting Create creative shorts, reels, and videos that align with the channel's theme and audience interests 
2. Stay updated with current political events and trends to incorporate relevant content in videos Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm and execute video concepts 
3. Ensure videos meet quality standards and deadlines set by the management 
4. Continuously learn and improve editing techniques to enhance video quality and engagement. 

Qualifications:
0 to 3 years of experience in video editing, preferably in a digital media or YouTube channel environment Graduation in Multimedia, Film Editing, or a related field Strong portfolio showcasing creative editing skills and understanding of political content 
Excellent communication skills in Hindi Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
