Payroll Specialist (ADP Workforce Expert)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist with expertise in ADP Workforce to manage and process payroll efficiently. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with payroll regulations, and seamless integration with HR and finance systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage payroll using ADP Workforce for employees across multiple locations.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll laws.
• Handle payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate payroll records, reports, and documentation.
• Process deductions, tax filings, benefits, and wage adjustments.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams for payroll-related activities.
• Stay updated on payroll regulations and ADP system enhancements.
• Manage USA & Canada Payroll Processing.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2+ years of payroll processing experience (preferably with ADP Workforce).
• Strong knowledge of USA/ Canada payroll regulations, tax compliance, and reporting.
• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll software.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred:

• Experience handling payroll for multi-state or international employees.
• Knowledge of payroll audits and reconciliations.
• Certification in payroll (CPP or FPC) is a plus.
