Job Responsibilities
Knowledge of company incorporation
Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations.
GST Filing (GSTR 1 & GSTR 3B)
TDS Filing
Income Tax Filings (ITR 1 to ITR 7)
Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
Maintaining accurate financial records.
Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.
Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting
Bank reconciliation
Ensure compliance with state revenue service.
Fully compliant as a tax practitioner.
Filing of corporate tax returns.
Experience in providing financial advice.
Reconcile income statements.
Prepare monthly financial reports.
Prepare tax returns.
Drafting legal documents
Job Requirements
Very good written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills.
Effective planning and project management skills with the ability to set and work to deadlines.
Ability to engage, conduct diagnosis, analyze findings, generate options, and build commitment to solutions.
Numeracy and ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data.
Strong and proven analytical skills
Strong experience on QuickBooks / Tally or similar accounting Software
Strong Time Management skills.
