Product Manager (4-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

- Oversee and manage website development projects from initiation to final delivery.

- Define project scopes, objectives, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Conduct regular project reviews, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Team Collaboration:

- Coordinate and work closely with website builders, designers, developers, and content teams.

- Facilitate effective communication among team members to ensure alignment and smooth execution.

- Troubleshoot issues during the development process and provide timely resolutions.

SEO Integration:

- Incorporate SEO best practices into the website development process to enhance client visibility.

- Collaborate with SEO specialists to optimize site structure, content, and performance.

Process Optimization:

- Leverage technology, including AI and automation tools, to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

- Continuously assess and refine processes to enhance productivity and quality.

Stakeholder Communication:

- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and milestones.

- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering projects that meet or exceed their expectations.

Requirements:

- Professional Experience

- Proven experience in project or product management within the web development or digital industry.

- Strong understanding of website development processes, including design, coding, and technical integration.

- Familiarity with SEO practices and their application in web projects.

Skills and Competencies:

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team and client interactions.

- Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g, Jira, Trello, Asana) and software.

- Knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (e.g, WordPress, Drupal).

- Experience with AI and automation tools in web development is a plus.

Education and Certifications:

- Certification in project management (PMP, ScrumMaster, or equivalent) is preferred.
