Manager - Sales - Hospitality (5-7 yrs)

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality sales and revenue management, preferably within a 5-star hotel environment.

- Strong understanding of revenue management systems, pricing strategies, and market analysis.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to market changes, and make data-driven decisions.

- Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales platforms, and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).

- A strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable sales strategies equirements

- Proven business development success through effective use of sales tools.

- Capability of understanding client preferences, requirements and correlating potential business that can be generated.

- Strong and professional English communication skills - written, verbal, presentation.

- Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently.

- Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables.

- Able to act without being told what to do.

- Brings new ideas to the company.
