Key Responsibilities
• Recruitment Support: Assist in end-to-end onboarding processesdocumentation,
CTC negotiations and induction formalities
• Employee Engagement: Help plan and execute engagement activities, events, and
communication initiatives to boost employee morale.
• HR Operations: Maintain employee records, prepare HR reports, and ensure
accurate documentation and data entry in HR systems.
• Attendance & Leave Management: Monitor attendance, and leave records, and
assist in monthly payroll inputs.
• Training & Development: Assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions and
workshops.
• Grievance Handling: Be the first point of contact for employee queries and ensure
timely resolution or escalation.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment
