Shift Timings:- 5:00pm- 2:00am

We are looking for motivated, energetic, and proactive BBA graduates to join our Inside Sales team. If you have a passion for sales, enjoy building relationships, and have excellent communication skills, this is the perfect opportunity to kickstart your career!

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media platforms.
  
• Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  
• Manage and follow up with leads and customers to drive sales conversions.
  
• Assist in developing sales strategies and identifying new market opportunities.
  
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
  
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure the smooth flow of information and leads.
  
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the management.
  
• Provide product demos and presentations to prospective clients.
  

Skills and Qualifications:

• Recent graduate with a Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA).
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn about the sales process.
  
• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent in pursuit of sales goals.
  
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is a plus.
  
• Previous experience in sales, internships, or customer-facing roles is a bonus but not required.
