Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience in full stack mobile & web development, working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Full Stack Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development of our mobile and web applications, from conception to deployment. You will be instrumental in designing, building, and maintaining robust, scalable, and user-friendly applications.
• We are seeking a Full Stack Developer Lead who is proficient in React Native, Next.js, React.js ,Node.js, Database Design , Critical thinking, team management and Building High Performing Products to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining mobile /web applications for 4N. At the same time he needs to lead/guide the fresh engineers in ensuring their deliverables are upto high standards
• The ideal candidate should have experience working in an agile startup environment, be a self-starter, be an out of box thinker, be a leader who inspires others and be able to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of full-stack developers to deliver high-quality software products.
• Define the overall architecture and technology stack for mobile and web applications.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain all the application of 4N
• Collaborate with founders, product managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and implement front-end and back-end components for web and mobile applications.
• Write high-quality code that is modular, scalable, and maintainable. Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability.
• Mentor and guide team members in technical best practices and problem-solving.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with the team to define and implement new features
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
• Identify and troubleshoot issues and bugs
• Ensure the application is secure, performant, and meets client requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• At least 4+ years of experience in full stack development working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Respect deadlines and motivate team for the same
• Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong proficiency/understanding in front-end technologies (React Native, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue).
• Strong proficiency/understanding in back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, Java, or similar).
• Good understanding of Security, DevOps, Architecture, and best practices to launch software products
• Experience with database technologies (MongoDB, SQL, NoSQL).
• Ability to Write SQL and clear on DB design concepts
• Experience with any cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.
