Job Description

We are looking for dynamic, passionate and driven individuals to be a part of our design team. The candidate should have proven design experience with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics, with an inherent ability to communicate effectively, work methodically and meet given deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Interpret architectural plans and design concepts to create accurate and visually appealing 3D models.
• Develop realistic and immersive 3D visualizations of buildings, interiors, and landscapes using industry-standard software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Blender.
• Apply textures, materials, and lighting to achieve photorealistic renders that align with project requirements.
• Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and clients to understand project visions and incorporate feedback into visualizations.
• Produce high-quality still images and animations for presentations, marketing materials, and project development.
• Manage project timelines effectively, ensuring timely delivery of visualizations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new software tools, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance skills and techniques.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and find creative solutions to achieve desired visual outcomes.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects and styles.

Core Competency

• Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer with a strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of projects.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of architectural principles and the ability to interpret blueprints and design concepts accurately.
• Strong skills in texturing, materials, lighting, and rendering techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for producing high-quality visualizations.

2+ Years in a Similar Role

Education

Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
