Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to oversee our presence across key online marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, TataCliq, and Shopify. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, order processing, discount management, stock monitoring, return handling, and reconciliation. Additionally, they should possess strong analytical skills, offer strategy expertise, and advanced Excel proficiency to drive sales and optimize operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Product Listings: Create, optimize, and maintain product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms.
• Order Processing: Manage order fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate processing for a seamless customer experience.
• Discount & Offer Management: Plan, upload, and track promotional discounts and offers to maximize sales.
• Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels, update stock data regularly, and coordinate with the warehouse team.
• Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliation of orders, payments, and returns to ensure financial accuracy.
• Return Management: Handle product returns efficiently, addressing customer queries and coordinating with platforms.
• Reporting & Analysis: Generate sales reports, monitor stock levels, analyze performance trends, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• Excel & Data Management: Leverage advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) for data analysis, inventory tracking, and operational reporting.
• Platform Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and e-commerce platforms to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in managing e-commerce operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, TataCliq, or Shopify.
• Strong expertise in stock management, order processing, reconciliation, and return handling.
• Hands-on experience with offer planning, discount uploads, and e-commerce strategy execution.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, Data Analysis) for reporting and tracking.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Familiarity with e-commerce analytics tools, SEO for product listings, and online advertising campaigns is a plus.
