Job Title: Head of Product Marketing.
Location: Noida Office.
Reports to: VP Marketing.
Job Overview:.
- This role is crucial in bridging the gap between product development, sales, and marketing.
- The primary goal is to drive lead generation, market awareness, and revenue generation through targeted marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- This individual will work closely with a team of digital marketers, creative team, product team, performance marketer, email marketer and work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure product positioning, messaging, and value propositions resonate with the target audience.
- The Head of Product Marketing is responsible for leading and shaping the overall marketing strategy for the company's product portfolio and developing and driving marketing strategies that fuel product adoption, customer engagement, and market awareness.
- This role requires hands-on leadership in planning and executing lead generation campaigns to ensure optimal performance and business growth.
- You will work closely with SEO, performance marketing, email marketing, and all types of marketing campaigns, ensuring they deliver desired results.
- Collaboration with product, sales, and other teams is critical to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Positioning & Messaging:.
- Develop clear and compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate the company's products in the market.
- Ensure consistent communication of the product value across all customer touchpoints and marketing channels.
- Ensure product listings on all platforms including AppXchange and ensure they are updated and enhanced regularly.
Lead Generation Campaigns:.
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns using SEO, performance marketing, email marketing, and other channels.
- Take a hands-on approach in driving campaigns to meet lead generation and conversion goals.
- Work closely with digital marketing teams to ensure effective execution and optimization of campaigns.
- Own entire marketing initiatives around industry events and conferences and ensure that booth set up, enabling sales to campaigns for meetings to post event marketing produces desired results.
Market Research & Insights:.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive research to understand market needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
- Identify trends and opportunities.
- Use data-driven insights to identify product opportunities, customer segments, and growth strategies.
Go-to-Market Strategy (GTM):.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature rollouts.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure seamless product introductions.
Customer Engagement:.
- Understand customer needs and pain points, and use that knowledge to create compelling product narratives.
- Develop buyer personas and customer journey maps to guide marketing efforts.
Sales Enablement:
- Create effective sales tools, collateral, and training materials that empower the sales team to communicate product value and close deals.
- Provide ongoing support to the sales team with updated product information, competitive analysis, and key messaging.
Content Development:.
- Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop engaging product-related content, including case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, and videos.
- Lead the creation of product-specific marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and email marketing.
Team Leadership:.
- Lead entire marketing cycle for products and ensure all other marketing team members are aligned well, meeting the timelines with execution as planned.
- Ensure the team has the guidance it needs to meet objectives.
KPIs & Performance Analysis:.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance, customer feedback, and sales data to refine strategies and optimize outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills:.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Strong understanding of product management, marketing principles, and market research.
- Proven success in launching and growing products in competitive markets.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex technical details into customer benefits.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to measure performance and optimize strategies.
- Leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Experience working in B2B, B2C, or SaaS industries.
