KPI - Key Performance Indicator

1Resource Onboarding and Retention
-
End to End Placement - Till Client Onboarding of Resources
- Background Verification of Resources
- Create & Maintain Bench Pool of all the profiles basis past requirements
- Supply Qualified profiles against the demand within 4-8 hours. (Exception granted for rare/niche skills)
- Replacement of the placed resource to be given with in 7 working days of the resignation of the vendor resource.
- Placed resource timesheet to be validated on daily basis and invoice to be submitted to finance as per the team.
- Achieve 100% fullfillement score for International FTR and 50% fullfillment score for Domestic FTR. Supply of CVs should be provided for 80% demands.
- Placing of at least 8 Resources per month

New Vendor Onboarding
Promote vendor diversity by tracking the percentage of vendors from different backgrounds and skills. Increase Vendor Diversity by adding Minimum 2 new Vendors each Month who have resources on their payroll(Not supplying Market profiles)Regularly assess vendor performance based on predefined criteria and ratings. Maintain a vendor evaluation score of at least 80 (out of a total of 100) for all active vendors.Maintain Solid Pipeline for Salesforce and Non Salesforce Profiles Vendors, Vendors bench list to be maintained skill wise

3Escalation Management and Compliance - Monitor vendor compliance with contract terms like MSA and NDA, regulations, and policies. Achieve a vendor compliance rate of 100% for all vendors.
- Measure the time taken to respond to and mitigate vendor-related incidents. Reduce the average incident response time to 4-6 hours.
- Ensure all vendor resources are PF compliant

4Internal Evaluation - Resumes should be available in the client format
- Resources should be Internally Evaluated before presenting them to the clients
- There has to be a Strong Coordination between RMG, CEMs and Resource via VM Team wrt Interview Schedules, Onboarding Plan & necessary client details which includes certain Dos & Don ts as well
- There has to be a Strong Coordination between CEMs and Vendors via VM Team wrt to BGV , Availability of Resources & Documentation
- Need be a part of daily Scrum calls ,weekly review meeting and adhoc meeting as and when required.

5Vendor, RMG & CEM Coordination - There has to be a Strong Coordination between RMG, CEMs and Resource via VM Team wrt Interview Schedules, Onboarding Plan & necessary client details which includes certain Dos & Don ts as well
- There has to be a Strong Coordination between CEMs and Vendors via VM Team wrt to BGV , Availability of Resources & Documentation
- Need be a part of daily Scrum calls ,weekly review meeting and adhoc meeting as and when required.

6Rate Negotiation Negotiate with the vendors and assist CEMs/Sales to achieve 30% and above margins for domestice FTR and 70% and above margins for INternational FTRs.

7Team Development and Data Management - Maintain Vendor Wise Data on salesforce depicting no of profiles showcased, selected & onboarded
- Arrange Salesforce training for all the team members every quarter. This training is must for all New joinees to understand the Salesforce CRM functioning and adoption.
- Use Salesforce Reports and Dashboards to do key analysis on team performance
- Need to do the competitor analysis

8HR Goals - Define & share teams KRA/KPI, GP & targets within 5 days from DOJoining/DOReview
- Conduct periodic surveys or assessments to gauge the teams motivation and engagement levels.
- Conduct periodic(monthly / quarterly / Bi-annual) performance reviews and provide timely feedback to the team for improvement.
- Provide timely and fair appraisals to the team members.
- Encourage the team to provide feedback and suggestions on improving the work environment and address their concerns promptly.
- Measure the number of team members recognized for their outstanding performance and contributions.
