Chief Finance Officer - Conglomerate - CA (20-25 yrs)

A leading conglomerate is seeking for its Beverage Division a CFO to lead and manage the financial health, operations, legal risks and financial sustainability of the organization. Provide strategic financial oversight including planning, budgeting and forecasting, treasury, risk management, and cash flow optimization.

JOB Location: Gurugram

Job Description:

1. Create and drive financial strategies and provide guidance to the leadership for effective budget/P&L management

2. Monitor key financial metrics and charter action plans for effective outcomes

3. Accountable to identify and foresee financial risks and design strategies to mitigate the same

4. Implement relevant audit practices and provide pre-emptive support for successful internal & external audits

5. Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulations and regulatory reporting requirements.

6. Ensure accounting and documentation requirements are met as per standards for internal and external audits

7. Growth on key P&L metrics like EBITDA, Operating Cashflow, Debt-to Equity Ratio, Gross profit margin, Return on Equity, etc.

8. Optimal treasury and cash management

9. Accuracy in financial forecasting and planning

10. Compliance to legal and statutory obligations from finance standpoint

11. Accuracy in accounting and documentation standards for minimum critical incidents during audits

12. Successful mitigation of any financial risks through pre-emptive actions

Education Qualification: Should be a CA

Experience: Preferably 20 to 25 yrs. experience with strong background of handling Finance function in FMCG/FMCD sector with strong understanding of Manufacturing Finance

Behavioral Trait: Strong Influencing trait. Should have worked earlier with Family runned environment/promoters
