Field Sales Executive at Leading Gold Finance Company

Job Description

We are seeking a Fresher Graduate to join our team as a Field Sales Executive in the Delhi/NCR region. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for visiting client locations to facilitate Gold loan sales deals, communicating and pitching Gold loan products, managing documentation processes, and building and maintaining relationships with key customers and stakeholders. You will also be expected to identify new business opportunities, provide product training and demonstrations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Visit client locations for Gold loan sales deals
• Communicate and pitch Gold loan products to customers
• Manage documentation processes and day-to-day operations
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Provide product training and demonstrations to customers
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

• Graduation completion
• Local candidates only
• Up to 27 years of age
• Fluency in local language
• 2 Wheeler & Driving License (to be obtained within the first 2 months)
• Willingness to visit client locations for sales and deal closure
• 6 days working with 1 rotational week off
