Field Sales Executive at Leading Gold Finance Company

Job Description

We are seeking a Fresher Graduate pass out to join our team as a Field Sales Executive at a leading Gold finance company in Bangalore. The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting client locations for Gold loans sales deals, communicating and pitching to customers, checking Gold quality, handling documentation processes, and building and maintaining relationships with key customers and stakeholders. This role also involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, providing product training and demonstrations to customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit client locations for Gold loans sales deals
• Communicate, pitch, and make customers understand regarding Gold loans
• Check Gold quality and handle documentation processes and day-to-day operations
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Provide product training and demonstrations to customers
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

• Completed Graduation
• Local candidates only
• Up to 27 years of age
• Fluency in the local language
• 2 Wheeler & Driving Licence (If not already, need to get it sorted within the first 2 months)
• Willingness to visit client locations for sales and deal closure
• 6 days working with 1 rotational week off
