About Client - Our client is a Private incorporated on 22 February 2021. It is classified as Non-govt company and is registered at Registrar of Companies, Kolkata.
Must Have -
Minimum 5years of exp in ecommerce with Zepto/ Blinkit/ Bigbasket/ Instamart/ Flipkart currently working in MID Management level
Qualification: strong educational background - Passed fromrenowned B School
Comfortable with Kolkata location.
Need candidates from Ecommerce industry. Candidates age should be within 36years
Position: CHIEF DISTRIBUTION OFFICER
Location: Kolkata
Responsibilities
Distribution strategy: Developing strategies for entering new markets, identifying distributors, and coordinating with the field team to acquire distributor
Product Placement: Ensuring successful new product launches, and working with the product team to build a supply chain for client servicing
Revenue: Planning revenue, forecasting, and analyzing performance to ensure revenue goals are met
Systems: Specifying systems requirements and investments to support revenue streams Keeping track of quality, quantity, delivery timeline, transport costs, and efficiency.
Resolving problems or complaints related to customer/distributor operations.
Oversee day-to-day operations.
Define and implement operations strategy, structure, and processes.
Manage quarterly and annual budgeting process and P&L responsibilities.
Monitor performance to proactively identify efficiency issues and propose solutions.
Maintain a working knowledge of all phases of operations.
Coordinate support to operations throughout the business.
Proficiency in SQL, understanding various databases(Aurora, Dynamo DB).
